Small Group Training

If you like the idea of having a Personal Trainer but feel that you either do not want to go it alone, or that it is slightly out of your budget, the SGT is for you.

LT Fitness offers Small Group Training for up to four people. This way, each individual within the group can achieve optimum results and still receive personal tuition. Each session is for an hour and after completing a fitness assessment prior to training, each person will exercise to their individual ability.

Small Group Personal Training can be fun and give you the motivation you need to get going, as you have the opportunity to work out with like minded people, whilst saving yourself money on an individual session. So, if you are looking to lose weight as a group, or have a specific event that you are training for – decide on your goals and achieve them together.

The price for 2 people is £50.00 – An individual session is £35.00 per person, so you make a saving of £20

For 3 people – the price is £70.00 – a total saving of £35.00, if the three of you were to come seperately.

The total price for four people is £90.00 for the hour – making a huge saving of £50.00 per hour.

All you have to do is get a group of you together, find a time to suit you all and make that commitment.
