Fat Blaster Fortnight

This is a two week intense fitness programme, combining fat blasting workouts with a specific, guided nutrition programme designed to melt fat fast.

When is it on?

Back by popular demand, this programme will be on again in the Summer of 2016.

Sessions will take place on;

4th, 6th and 8th July     6pm – 7pm

Saturday 9th July           9am – 10am

11th, 13th and 15th July 6pm – 7pm

This is a Bootcamp style course and is held at The Pavilion and Recreation Field in Fownhope.

In addition to the seven workout sessions with a Personal Trainer, you will be invited to join a private Facebook group which will offer online support, nutrition information and additional workouts.

Places are limited, as L T Fitness wants to give each individual as much personal assistance as they require. Book early to avoid disappointment.
