Her input is invaluable and very professional but friendly at the same time. The sessions are different every week; circuits, kettle bells, standard free weights or a mixture. In the summer time she takes you out into the field for some extra mean sessions too!I’m sure it depends what mood she’s in!
Sessions never get easier but when you look back and compare what you were doing 12 months previously you can see the improvements that you have made. I recommend Lisa to anyone who is looking for a personal trainer, she’d be very hard to beat.
