Lisa promotes her PT sessions in blocks of 10 is because when you are investing in your health and well being, you want to see results, simple!

Ten weeks is a realistic period of time to start seeing tangible results. Lisa wants to ensure that you get all the guidance and motivation you need over this timeframe to ensure optimum achievement of your fitness and weight loss goals.

If this length of time does not suit your goals, then single sessions are available at £40 per hour.
