Lisa Quinn is a Level 4 Personal Trainer and Nutrition and Weight Management Consultant in Hereford and is in the business of getting results for people like you.

Lisa has helped so many people dramatically improve their health, fitness and wellbeing. Designing bespoke programmes to aid weight loss and improve metabolic health through exercise, nutrition and lifestyle intervention.

If you feel that you are being successful with your exercise and just want guidance on your nutrition, then Lisa will assess your current nutrition status and guide you to make individual lifestyle changes that will keep your weight loss off for good.

You will undertake a nutrition and lifestyle M.O.T, taking into account your workout and diet history. Lisa will also assess your current fitness levels, consider your individual goals and devise an individually tailored regime to help you achieve those goals quickly and safely. Lisa will also motivate and challenge you and promises to make your workouts fun and challenging.


LT Fitness believes that exercise and nutrition must go hand in hand. To this end, as a valued client of L T Fitness, you can receive nutrition guidance, analysis of food logs and recipe ideas to ensure you achieve the results you deserve.

Personal Training!

The fact that you have come through to this site means you are probably thinking about the benefits of a personal trainer. I offer 1:1 training either at a client’s home in the Hereford area. Or, alternatively on ZOOM or, if you prefer, a private setting in Fownhope.

Small Group Personal Training

If you like the idea of having a Personal Trainer but feel that you either do not want to go it alone, or that it is slightly out of your budget, the SGT is for you. Buddy up with friends or family members and complete sessions together.

Cardiac Prevention and Rehabilitation

I can help you get back on track with your health and exercise after a Cardiac Event. Once you have completed your Phase III Rehabilitation, you can contact me to help you continue with your exercise programme.

 

1:1 Nutrition Coaching

If you feel that you have tried everything and seem to come back to square one every time, then I can work with you on a full Nutrition M.O.T.

Online Classes

I offer an On Demand Service of fitness classes online. Workout anywhere at any time that suits you. From Pilates to Strength Training, my classes are suitable for all abilities and fitness levels.

Corporate Health

If you want to offer your employees the chance of health management within your workplace, then get in touch.
